Sub-processors

This page describes the third-party service providers (“Sub-Processors”) that Virtual EPS engages to operate, maintain, and improve the Website and Services. Sub-Processors may process Personal Data only to the extent necessary to perform their services.
Virtual EPS acts as a platform connecting Merchants, Customers, and other Users to various services. Personal Data may be shared with Sub-Processors to enable the functionality of the Website and Services. Virtual EPS does not assume responsibility for the compliance or practices of Sub-Processors beyond the scope of the Services provided.
1. Engagement of Sub-Processors
(a) Virtual EPS may engage Sub-Processors to provide services including, but not limited to:
(i) Payment processing and transaction facilitation.
(ii) Cloud hosting, storage, and backup.
(iii) Email, messaging, and notifications.
(iv) Analytics, monitoring, and security services.
(b) Sub-Processors process Personal Data only to provide their respective services and in accordance with applicable law and their own privacy policies.
2. List of Sub-Processors
The following Sub-Processors are currently engaged by Virtual EPS:

3. Updates to Sub-Processors
(a) Virtual EPS may update, replace, or add Sub-Processors as needed to maintain or improve the Website and Services.
(b) Merchants may request the current list of Sub-Processors by contacting Virtual EPS at info@virtualeps.com.
4. Limitations of Responsibility
(a) Virtual EPS does not guarantee or assume responsibility for the compliance, security, or practices of Sub-Processors.
(b) Users acknowledge that their Personal Data may be processed by Sub-Processors in accordance with the Sub-Processor’s terms and applicable law.
